Affiliate Program Guide

This page explains how clients activate their affiliate (referral) accounts, how affiliate links work, and how commissions and payouts are handled.

  • Minimum Payout Amount: $20

How to Activate Your Affiliate Account

  1. Log in to your Client Area.
  2. In the navigation bar, hover over More and select Affiliates from the drop-down menu.
  3. Click Activate Affiliate Account (one-time setup).
  4. After activation, you’ll see your unique affiliate link and affiliate dashboard. You will receive a $5 Affiliate Bonus Deposit in your account balance.

💡 Tip: You can return to this page anytime from More → Affiliates to check your stats and commissions.

Here’s how it works:

  • When someone clicks your link, WHMCS places a tracking cookie in their browser.
  • If that visitor creates an account and makes a purchase, the sale is linked to your affiliate ID.
  • You earn 20% commission on the total paid invoice.

Commission and Payouts

  • Commissions are automatically added to your Affiliate Balance in WHMCS.
  • Once your balance reaches $20, you can request a payout.
  • Payouts are processed manually by our billing team.
  • Please allow a few business days for payment after your request.

Tracking Your Progress

Go to Client Area → Affiliates to view:

  • Clicks on your referral link
  • Number of sign-ups
  • Commission earned (pending & available)
  • Current affiliate balance
