You can get an appbox by visiting the our appboxes page and selecting your preferred plan. After completing your purchase, you'll receive an email with login details for your Kronos dashboard, where you can manage your appbox. For more information, see Getting Started with Celestia Media Appboxes.

Do you offer a free trial?

No, we do not offer a free trial of our appbox services.

What kind of content is available on an appbox?

Our appboxes come preloaded with a wide variety of content, including thousands of movies, TV shows, and anime series.

How many simultaneous streams can I have on an appbox?

The number of simultaneous streams depends on the specific plan you choose.

How do I access my appbox?

To access your appbox for the first time, use the URL provided in your Kronos dashboard under the Server information panel. Once you’ve connected to your appbox and completed the initial setup, you can access it from any device with the appropriate app installed—such as smartphones, tablets, smart TVs, or streaming media players.

Can I use an appbox on multiple devices?

Yes! You can access your appbox on an unlimited number of devices. The only limitations are the number of transcodes and concurrent streams allowed by your plan.

Can I share my appbox with friends and family?

Yes, you may invite friends and family to use your appbox. However, appboxes are for personal use only. Selling or reselling access is strictly prohibited and will result in a ban.

What should I do if I have technical issues with my appbox?

If you encounter technical issues, you can use the tools in the Kronos dashboard to troubleshoot—for example, you can restart or rebuild your server if needed.
