Getting Started with Celestia Media Services's Appboxes¶

Step 1: Register¶

To use Appboxes, you first need to register for an account on our billing portal.

1. Visit the Billing Portal

   • Go to Celestia Media's Billing Portal.

2. Open the Account Menu

   • At the top of the page, click on Account to reveal more options.

3. Click "Register"

   • Select the Register option from the dropdown menu.
     

4. Fill Out the Registration Form

   • Enter your details such as name, email, and a secure password.

5. Confirm Your Email

   • You will receive a confirmation email. Click the link in the email to verify your account.

Step 2: Access the Hidden Store Page¶

Step 3: Place Your Order¶

1. Select Your Appbox

   • Browse available appbox plans.

2. Add to Cart

   • Click "Order Now" for your selected Appbox.
   • Click "Continue".

3. Checkout

   • Review your cart, then click "Checkout."
   • Follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

Step 4: Access Your Service¶

After you place your order and it has been approved, your Appbox details and access instructions will be sent to you via email.

Link Your Discord with Billing Portal (WHMCS)¶

Linking your Discord and Billing Portal accounts provides additional benefits such as server access and specific appbox notifications.

Go to the Billing Portal page and log in to your account.

Option 1:

• Click the 'Home' link in the upper left-hand corner.
• Look for the 'Discord Connection' panel box on the right-hand side of the page.
• Click on the 'Link Discord' button.
• A Discord OAuth page will open. Click Authorize. The bot will copy your Discord Username and Discord ID into the billing portal.
  
• Your role within our Discord server will be updated automatically.

Option 2:

• Click your customer name to open the dropdown menu.
• Click on 'Verify Discord' link.
  
• Click on the 'Link Discord' button.
• A Discord OAuth page will open. Click Authorize. The bot will copy your Discord Username and Discord ID into the billing portal.
  
• Your role within our Discord server will be updated automatically.

To verify if the bot has copied the information correctly, click your customer name (displayed in the top right) to open the dropdown menu. Select Account Details from the list. If you scroll down on the Account Details page, you should see the Discord Username and Discord ID fields filled out.
