Which payment options does do we support?

We support the following payment methods with either "Automatic Recurring" or "Pay As You Go" subscription:

  • Paypal
  • Stripe
  • Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin)

Does Celestia Media offer trials?

Yes, we do. You can select a trial on the billing system.

Can I change my current plan?

You can manage your subscriptions plan from your "My Account" page.

Select "Change" under "Plan" and then select the plan of your choice. You can choose to start your new plan immediately or at the end of your billing period.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We are sorry to see you go. Is there some issue we can help you with?

You can cancel your subscriptions from your "My Account" page. Another option is to create a support ticket in the #support-ticket channel on our Discord server. We will cancel the subscription, your access to our libraries will stay active till the end of the paid period.

My subscription expired, How do I resubscribe?

Simply, resubscribe by making a payment and your subscription will be automatically reactivated and you will receive a new invite to the server!
