What is Celestia Media?¶

Celestia Media is a streaming service. We strive to offer the latest and greatest, the classics and anything in between. The difference is in our customer-centric approach. We keep our prices low for you, our customers.

Firstly check with our status page to see if our server is up and running here. If you are having issues, please contact us.

Is my Internet fast enough?!¶

You can check your internet speed with the speedtest app hosted on my server here.

What Internet connection should I have to be able to stream content?¶

Compare your speedtest results with the recommended streaming bandwidth below.

SD (480p): 0.5-8 Mbps
HD (720-1080p): 8-50 Mbps
4K (UHD, 2160p): 150 Mbps +

What is a concurrent stream?¶

A concurrent device is the number of simultaneous devices that are streaming at the same time.

Please be sure to stop and exit out of your playback before closing the app, failure to do so will make that stream count towards your plan limit. You will receive an error when trying to play any content if you go over the number of concurrent streams your plan allows.

Can I download content?¶

Yes, you can download; however, it is an extra feature available for the Standard plan and higher.

One of the big differences is that you requires an Plex Pass for the end user who is performing the download. More information about downloads & sync can be found here.

Do we have a Discord Server?¶

Yes, our discord server link is here.

Where are all the Discord channels?¶

Only subscribers can view the hidden channels and interact with other members in our Discord. If you are a subscriber and cannot view the hidden channels, please message the admin or support with your user information or you can edit your Discord user information in "My Account" page on the billing system.

Discord Username: Your username is all lowercase, and alphanumeric.
Example: johndoe or janedoe14

Discord ID: An 18-digit number that is specific to your account, that will never change. This is not the same as your username or display name! Find your ID.
